One of the reasons that people get into business online is because they believe that it is ultimately advantageous for them to do so. The question really then becomes one as to whether or not these people are correct in their assertions. Well, there are certainly some advantages to online businesses, so let's take a look at a few of the big ones and see if they apply to you.
First and foremost, there is the comfort aspect of an online business. The comfort aspect comes from you being able to work from your own home in your own chair, frequently in your pyjamas should you so choose to do so. This means that you don't have to go anywhere and can do everything and earn money from the comfort of your own home. It is definitely something to consider and something that a lot of people have been successful with. There are many people that claim that their online success has come from being helped by that comfort factor.
Secondly, there is a convenience factor to go along with that comfort factor. In addition to being in your own house, you actually don't have to leave it that often to get materials or other things. All of the components of your business are virtual and therefore controlled directly from your computer. Whereas customer service representatives or anyone else along those lines need to frequently leave their computers in order to do things for their customers, you as an online businessman will probably not be hampered by that same need. Convenience is a big reason why some people are able to succeed in online business.
In addition to those two advantages, another one to consider would be cost. When you are starting up a business for a specific type of venture offline, there are going to be massive start-up costs associated with it that will warrant you taking out a loan and ultimately taking a big financial risk. However, if you are online you can start up your business for free. If you want to be professional about your business online, you can even do that without spending more than $100 or so in start-up costs. It is a very cost-effective way to do business and one that has helped a number of people that didn't have the stomach for offline business ventures.
These are the three biggest advantages inherent to online business. When it comes right down to it, all three of them can make a profound difference in a person's life and therefore for that reason deserve to be given consideration. There are downsides to online business as well and these downsides need to be carefully considered before you decide to embark on an online business venture instead of an offline one.

Scammers Target Stay At Home Moms?
Once the kids go back to school and mom has a little more time on their hands they may begin to consider ways to bring in some extra cash. Spending time on the internet searching for simple work at home opportunities can often be rewarding, provided you understand that there are many scams being offered, many targeted for the stay at home parents looking to make money.
Working at home is an inviting concept and many opportunities exist that present a legitimate means of finding work. Unfortunately, there are plenty more where the only ones who make money are those offering the opportunity. Beware of headlines such as “Learn how to crack the code to internet riches,” and “I was a victim of 37 scams until I stumbled across this opportunity.”
When looking through offers for an internet business opportunity you need to ask yourself some serious questions about the offer. Many will carry a similar theme indicating they have found a way to make bundles of cash online and want to share the secret. You need to ask yourself, why? Here is perfect stranger, willing to share with me the secret they use to make millions of dollars online. Of course this secret is not going to be free, and sometimes it is available for a limited time price of just $19.95 and you will receive their complete information package of how you can make money.
Why aren’t they sharing this information with family and close friends so they can have an entire family of wealthy relatives? Why are they offering this opportunity to strangers? Possibly because their family and friends were suckered into their last get-rich-quick scheme.
One of the most prolific scams online is signing up to be a secret shopper. There are many companies that do use secret shoppers to visit stores and restaurants and turn in a review to the company informing them how a particular unit is performing. To claim this company can hook you up with many companies where you can get paid up to $40 an hour doing things you love to do and keep everything you bought, is nothing more than a scam.
Yes, these companies have the names and addresses of the companies that use secret shoppers and that is what you will be buying. Once you send in your payment, which varies from $19.95 to $39.95, you will receive a list of companies that use secret shoppers and instructions on how to fill out their online applications. If the company is looking for more shoppers they might contact you for a future interview. Most of these offers carry no guarantee that you will ever be chosen to be a secret shopper, let alone get paid $40 an hour for going to a restaurant.

5 Traits You Will Need on Your Way to Becoming a Leader
A leader has the vision and conviction that a dream can be achieved. He inspires the power and energy to get it done.” -Ralph Lauren
A leader is seen as someone with a can-do attitude, the person whose glass is always half full. Hurdles in the road are not obstacles that prevent him from achieving his goal. Rather, they are challenges to be faced, to be overcome, and to be learned from. A leader believes that failures present the opportunity for self-improvement, and that performance on the next go-round will only be enhanced through the lessons previously learned.
A leader does not point to a location, tell his followers to go there, then tell them how to accomplish a goal. Rather, the leader is at the front of the pack, forging ahead of the rest and blazing a trail. The leader demonstrates to everyone else how things should be done, and works harder at accomplishing his goals than anyone else.
Whether you are striving to be a leader in your career, or simply want to be a leader in your own private life, there are many lessons and characteristics that will serve you well in either of these endeavors.
Consider these traits and then give thought to your own style. Are you a leader? Can you become one?
1. Leader Must Have a Vision: This could be your grandest goal, or an overall sense of accomplishment. Either way, the leader must be able to visualize where he wants to be, where he wants his company to be, or where he wants his family to be. Everything begins with a worthy vision that provides a goal to work towards.
2. Leader Must be Able to Develop Relationships: Great interpersonal skills are necessary for any leader to possess. The hermit will not achieve greatness, no matter how adept, because the world will not notice him. The leader builds quality relationships based upon trust, respect, cooperation, and teamwork. The leader does not ask what others can do for him, but rather what he can be doing to help others. A leader inspires others to join him in his quest for success.
3.Leader Must be Able to Strategize: Successful leaders not only have a great vision, but they are able to develop a plan to reach their goal successfully. The leader knows what accomplishments need to be made, what obstacles must be overcome, and what resources will be needed in order to realize his vision.
4. Leader Must be Able to Resolve Conflict: A good leader will examine conflict from all angles and be able to determine its root cause. In addition to realizing the feelings and perspectives of others, the leader will also recognize and acknowledge his own role in the conflict. He will then work collaboratively with other involved parties in order to successfully resolve the conflict issue while keeping important relationships intact.
5.Leader Must be a Good Problem Solver: No matter how well thought out, the road to realizing a vision will be full of potholes. Thorough planning can help smooth out the road, but there will be some ruts in the road that threaten to rip the wheels off of the car. A good leader will recognize this ahead of time and plan accordingly, offering a backup plan when the original one goes awry. A leader is able to think on his feet, gather all available information, decipher the facts, and use some good common sense to come up with a workable solution.
In life, leaders are not necessarily the highest ranking person, or the one who holds the most impressive job title, or the one who claims to be the keeper of the home. A leader is someone whose actions have placed them in a position of trust and authority among their peers. A leader is someone whose advice is sought frequently, but never forcefully pushed onto others. A leader is someone whose spirit and desire for excellence eclipses that of everyone else around him. A leader sees the value in others, and inspires each person to perform their best, many times allowing them to exceed even their own expectations. A leader is also able to teach, to convey both physical skills and moral characteristics to those around him, and inspires those people to mimic him in his behaviors and attitudes.
Anyone can be a leader – after all, it is all in the manner and attitude with which one chooses to carry himself.

Tips To Make Home Based Business A Success
What type of business you operate from the home is totally up to you, but there are certain things that you will need to do to help insure its success. While visions of living large comes immediately to mind for many who choose to run their own home-based business, they often forget that it is a business. Running a home business often gives people the misunderstanding that they can dictate every part of their operation and while there are many aspects of a home business in which they are completely in charge, customers and clients will also have input on many functions.
The first thing needed to run a successful home business is a set schedule. It may be easy to stay up late to watch a movie and repeatedly hit the snooze button on your alarm clock, but when dealing with clients over the phone you really do not want them to think their early morning phone call rousted you from a sound sleep. While having a lot of free time may be appealing and taking naps in the middle of the day may be attractive, keeping regular hours is important to any business.
Make sure your office is only used as an office. In addition to the tax benefits of carving out a space used strictly for work, you will also have the feeling when you walk into the room in the morning that it is time to go to work. Similarly, when the day is over and you leave the office you need to feel as though you have gone home for the day. Just as you want to keep family distractions out of the office, you need to keep work distractions out of the rest of the house.
Being professional in all business dealings when in your home office will help preserve your image as a business owner. If you cannot afford a separate telephone line for the business, during your normal business hours answer the phone in a professional manner.
Unless your business is the field of dreams, simply building it will not guarantee customers will show up. Advertising ad marketing is essential to any business, even those run exclusively online. Chances are there is no sign in front of your home that indicates you are open for business, inviting passers-by to stop in and see what you have to offer. The only way anyone knows you are there is through advertising.
Build a website, even if you will not be conducting any business online. It can serve as your web-based sales pamphlet and include information about you, your experience and your business. Including prominent contact information on the first page of your website is a key to obtaining more business, but you should also have a contact form available for people to simply send in a request for information or for answering questions.
Here is some great Business from home idea for you to plug into instant 7 streams of residual incomeSimple Work from Home Opportunity

Running Home Based Business Will Requires Dedication And Discipline
I hope you had a good Easter with the bunch of bunnies around hopping up and down...or maybe you didn't, maybe you were busy running your home based business?
In my opinion the most common causes of failures of work at home based businesses is the fact the person operating the business should never have started in the first place. Not everyone has the dedication and, more importantly, the discipline needed to run their own home business out of their home and will quickly find that setting their own hours and being at home all day, everyday is the rosy picture painted by the stories about self-employment.
Running your own home business involves someone to handle sales, production, orders, billing and all of the other departments necessary to keep a business operating. When you first start out in a home business, the people that do the work will most likely be you and it will not take long to realize just how many hours are required to get everything done. The biggest adjustment when you start a home-based business is having family and friends understand that while you are at home, you are still working.
If your new home business can be done completely from home, it is better to have a separate office area in which to work. An area that is off limits to other family members during your business hours, during which you can concentrate on the task at hand without interruption. One suggestion made by successful home business operators is to get a watchdog to sit at the door of your office to keep interruptions to a minimum. While this tip is given in jest, it is important to make sure your home office is treated as though you were working for someone else, that way you'll fell more organized.
With most work at home businesses, you can set your own hours and, if possible, it will make your home life easier if you establish work hours around your family’s schedule. If there are hours when no one else is home, that should be time in which the bulk of your work is done.
You have probably heard the stories about people working at home in their pajamas and while this opportunity may be available, it probably isn’t a good idea. You will need to establish your work schedule, just as you would if someone else was writing your checks and then work your schedule. Your clients or customers are paying you to deliver a product or service in a timely manner and you will have to present professionalism to yourself as well as potential customers. By being at work when you are scheduled, you can get the promised work done on time and gain new clients based on your reputation.
Then there’s the promise that often comes with home business opportunities about having the time and money to spend on vacations and having more time with the family. While the business is in its infancy, that is just not going to happen. There will be time spent with the family, but usually it is while you remind them that you are working and need to be left alone. But, what if, there was a system that totally automate your home based business and give you more freedom to enjoy your life? Well, there is a system and more about it you can see for yourself at: www.bizfrominternet.com

How To Survive In An Online Business
If your company does not offer its services/products online, then you're definitely living in the Stone Age. Businesses today realize that in order to stay competitive, they have to communicate with today's audience who do business primarily online
Running an online business means that you have a global audience. And having a global audience means that your store is up and running twenty four hours every day and seven days of the week. While your customers from New York might be sleeping, those from Tokyo would surely be awake. Therefore an online business is one that never sleeps. It is one that is always on call by customers. As such, an online business must be manned at all times, keeping a close watch on potential business.
In managing an online business, communication is important. Using email and instant messaging as a form of communication between you and your staff will surely be beneficial. There are also different technologies such as the VoIP that enables you to talk with your business partners and your staff from all over the world quite easily. But since you and your associates live in different time zones it is important to set up a specific time of the day when you can communicate with them about the updates and different issues that your business face today and what they need to do about it. You should make sure that they follow your instruction and schedule strictly.
Meetings are also a must for online businesses. Meetings are where you'll know the issues hounding your employees and problems that the business is facing. To be able to save on time and effort, online businesses today can meet in an online conference room. This will eradicate the need for physical space and manual preparations.
Another way to survive online is to build up your brand! Yes, brand is important even though you're on the Internet. Building your brand means providing good products, fast services, and pleasant experiences to your customers. Yes, you'll definitely want your customers to have pleasant experiences. Remember, word spreads fast on the Internet. If you have one customer who had a not-so-good time in dealing with your online business and spreads the rumor, then chances are your name will be ruined.
Don't forget that your website is the face of your online business. Surviving in the online world means that your online business must be able to keep up with the latest technology. And in designing your storefront always keep navigation in mind. A potential customer would not want to visit twenty different web pages just to buy a certain product.
Surviving your online business is tough. Everyday, there are thousands of companies going online and millions of individuals setting up an online business. Ultimately, the key is to success in this endeavor is to love what you do. After all, not everyone gets to touch lives in a global scale.

Three Things That You Never Want To Do In Home Business
There are some things you should never do in home business if you want to succeed. If you are already a successful business you are well aware of this. If you are a new business entrepreneur than these three tips may be very helpful to you.
The first thing you NEVER want to do is to skimp on advertising. Without proper advertising your home business will chance taking a big loss in services or product sales. An example of this is a small home business that puts out children’s audio CD’s is introducing a new product. The home business is new and practically unknown. They do have a website, and a small advertisement in the local newspaper. Only a small area is going to be aware of this company and it’s CD. A better form of advertisement would have been advertising in several, larger newspapers. Having a billboard advertisement that can be seen in a heavily trafficked area. These may cost more, but you will reach a larger customer base. Without reaching customers, you fail.
Secondly, NEVER let your guard down with your home business competition. If your business has a competitive market you want to definitely consider this. An example of this is a video store. You would want to be aware of what the other store offers. Is there a large selection? What are their prices per video per day? Do they offer any specials or discounts? You would want to keep up on both the smaller video stores as well as the larger video store chains in your area. You want to either match what is offered or offer a slightly lower fee. Customers love to save money, even a few dollars and cents.
Lastly, NEVER jump into a home business without doing thorough research. You want to be sure you know all of the details about the home business you are involved in. You want to know financial details as well as information about your competition. When you take the time to research a specific business you insure success for yourself. You wouldn’t want any surprises popping up when it comes to your home business. You want to be able to set yourself up so that your business operates as smoothly as possible.
If you make an effort to follow the above guidelines on what NEVER to do in home business then you are on the right track. You create a solid base for business success. Be sure not to jump into any business decisions without research and well thought out planning. Care for your business like you would your children. Give it what it needs to grow and you will be pleased with the end result. Be sure you follow the do’s and NEVER the don’ts and see your home business soar.
Advertisement: Is It Effective?
A lot of people contribute a lot to the profitability of most businesses but the real question is, “How would you be able to gauge the efficacy of your advertisements?” Is it really just about the rise in the number of sales and inquiry from after the timeframe with wherein you have released the advertisements? Of perhaps the brand assessment is also a contributing factor?
In reality it is not only with those elements that you measure the quality of your advertisement, but rather it hinges on a lot of factors which includes the kind of media which you have employed, the budget or your assessment, the objective of your advertisement, the phase of accuracy and consistency that is necessitated, who is your target market and the budget you have allotted for the entire advertising period.
These elements would have to be sufficed first before you'd be able to precisely proclaim that your particular advertisement is effective. That is the reason why a lot of people assert that it is intricate to gauge an advertisement's efficacy. Aside from the need to consider many things, there are also other influential elements for that matter such as the kind of previous advertisement that had been released and its quantity.
It is also necessary for you to know the responsiveness of your consumers to the brand or the product you had advertised. Also, there are certain instances when you need to gauge the accessibility of cost effective assessment computation, the area where you have to place the advertisement, the choices of matters regarding the product like the price and sometimes even the capacity of your direct market to remember.
Several advertising experts have proposed several models which one could use to be able to gauge the efficacy of an advertisement. For example, some advertising experts states that the real measure of the efficacy of advertising is possible through the utility of cube diagram wherein you measure the headings which include the sales, profits, attention, persuasion and communication.
On the other hand, there are some people who only choose to settle for surveys which aim to test the brand or product recognition of the customers just after an advertising campaign. Actually, this particular method could be used with two options; the other one is to evaluate the product the other one of for a more extensive advertisement.
Overall though, advertisements can be very beneficial to the promotional efforts of any business because it enables the clients to become aware that such business does exists and that it can provide several particular products that they need. Advertisement has been proven to effectively set off the purchasing behavior of the clients and it is safe to assume that it will continue to do so for many more years to come.
Starting Your Home Business
In order to begin your home business you have to make plans to get started. Without a plan you go nowhere or you go in circles accomplishing nothing. In order to begin your business on the right path you should come up with a business plan, a marketing plan and a home plan. Your business plan is a necessary item that will be needed for loan applications, the hiring of employees, for business affiliates and personal goal setting. You want to have information such as what your business is named and what the mission of your business is. What is your product or service and who is it being made for. Who is your target customer base? What will it cost to make your product and what can you sell it for? What will be your end profit? These key pieces of information are needed especially when you require start up funds. These can be funds from a bank loan or an affiliate who is willing to become a financial backer of your company. Create a binder or portfolio for your business plan. Make copies and keep this accessible for times when it is needed.
Included in your business plan should be a marketing plan or an advertising campaign. How do you plan to provide the consumer public with information about your business, product or service? Will you be renting a billboard, running newspaper advertisements, magazine ads, television, radio and so on? Will you have a website or be running Internet ads such as those sponsored by Google ad sense or Microsoft ad center? What is the cost of each advertisement media? Do you have the funding for these advertising efforts or do you need outside funds? This once again shows any outside parties that you have done the needed research to know how you plan to reach the consumer public for sales. You can also include the percentages or charts that show success of similar advertising campaigns and how well your marketing choices will relate to your business.
A home plan is for the benefit of you and your family while your business takes shape. You have to be realistic in the facts that a business does not become a hit success over night. Money, time and effort are needed before you will see a solid flow of income from your home business. You need to be aware of your household budget per week and month. Be sure that you have at a minimum three months worth of savings to allow for household expenses including utilities, food, gas, hygiene items etc. This will allow you to apply other funds to your business without creating strife in your home. You may also want to maintain a part time job position at your current job or elsewhere. If your spouse works this may not be required. The exact plans for a household will vary on the specific family needs. Preparation is key to a successful business start up as well as successful home life as the transition from an outside job to a home based career take place.

Boosting Morale By Allowing Your Employees To Work From home
Are you losing good employees to the work at home market? This is something that many employers struggle with because they have found that people enjoy working from home. They are able to spend time with their families and do the things around the house that need to be done. Also, they can usually get much more done during the day by working from home than they would be able to do by working for you in your office. Therefore, you might have found that many of your employees leave what they are doing for you in order to work from home. You are then left with a bunch of people who aren't very good and who are not able to do the work that you had with your good employees. There are several things that you can do about this. First of all, you can help your employees by allowing them to keep working for you, but do most of it from home.
It all depends on your business, but most likely there is going to be something that your employees can do at home. Think about all of the things that they do each day, and unless they are working with customers the entire time they are there, they can probably do some or all of their work at home. Remember that if you can work out a system where your employees are allowed to do some or all of their work from home, they will probably be happier and better able to do the work that needs to be done at the office.
If you allow your employees to do what they can do at home, without having to worry about taking a dock in pay for it, you are going to find that you will have much better employees. This means that you will be able to take advantage of the morale that your employees have, and you will also be able to make them much happier with you and much happier in their lives in general. Allowing your employees to do what they can do at home will mean that when they are working in your office they are less likely to be bored or frustrated or burnt out. If you can have them come in several times a week for meetings or to do what they need to do, you will find that they are better able to have the morale that you need for your business.
Boosting morale is always a better way to get things done, rather than trying to drive your employees to work harder than they want to work. If you can make them happier with their lives by allowing them to have some time to work at home during the week you will find that they are actually going to produce more for you ,and be happier with the business overall. This might be the best way that you have to keep the good employees you have and attract new employees.

The 10 Deadly Sins of an Affiliate Marketing Article
At this point in time there is not an online entrepreneur left who does not recognize the immense power and promise that the use of an affiliate marketing article offers. Sure, text links and banner ads are great, but when it comes to creating the kind of advertising vehicle that consumers will hold on to and even pass on to others, you cannot beat article marketing! Of course, like any other good thing there are pitfalls to avoid.
As a matter of fact, the 10 deadly sins of an affiliate marketing article must be avoided at all cost, lest your company’s reputation will suffer!
1. Whatever you do with your affiliate marketing article, do not use it to spam a blog or a forum. Some self proclaimed marketers have attempted to use such articles as forum posts and while they might write different introductions for the article to make it look like an ad hoc posting in response to another forum poster, within a few short sentences it becomes painfully obvious that the post is little more than an unwelcome sales pitch.
2. Unless you are a seasoned wordsmith, have your affiliate marketing article ghostwritten. The sheer volume of badly written articles – be it diction, grammar, or punctuation – is legion and there is little more embarrassing than having your customers point out a number of mistakes and error.
3. Fact-check your articles. This is vital when you use statistical data but also quotes.
4. Keep it pithy. 400 to 500 words are more than sufficient to write a worthwhile piece of non fiction to market your company, good, or service. Exceeding the 800 word count is pushing it.
5. Do not put all of your advertising eggs in one basket but instead commission (if you use a ghostwriter) a number of articles that look at the topic and product form a number of different angles. This puts volume behind your marketing campaign and while one approach may not appeal to your readers, another one might have just the hook you need to get the reader to turn into a buyer.
6. Do not overdo the pitch in your affiliate marketing article. Sure, you want everyone to know that your products and company at the cat’s meow, but unless you tempter substance with advertising, you will not find too many readers.
7. Advertise one thing only per article. Choose your product, your company, or an email newsletter you are offering for free. Cutting down on the things marketed permit for the development of a great strategy throughout the article.
8. Forgetting to include an opt-in link to your mailing list or email newsletter subscription database is perhaps the most egregious of the 10 deadly sins of an affiliate marketing article. Each article that is not offering that option simply is not working hard enough for you!
9. Having too many articles that differ in tone. While some articles may lend themselves to be spunky but intellectual, the failure to have your article ghostwritten by one writer will lead to a number of different skill levels to craft your work. Instead, request that one freelancer be given the assignment to make sure the tone remains similar.
10. Last but not least, cutting and pasting freely available material from the Internet is a deadly sin that might not get you in trouble, but it will show that your company has nothing new to offer. This is not the impression you want your clientele to have of you, your product, or the company you represent!

7 Ways To Make More Money From Affiliate Marketing
By: James Copper
Affiliate marketing is an online business form that involves promoting the products of others on your own website. You don't necessarily sell any goods yourself on your website or blog. You might not even have one of these but just advertise other people's goods. It is a good way to earn income automatically while you sleep. But first you have to do the groundwork and you must regularly tweak your strategy and build on your successes.
Once you have your affiliate system up and running, you should look at the following aspects in order to market your affiliates' products as efficiently as possible. By applying these techniques you will be able to make more money out of affiliate marketing now and in the future.
1. Ensure you have the best and most up-to-date system in place for finding good potential affiliates. Try and work through reputable "affiliate marketplaces" such as Commission Junction, Linkshare and Clickbank.
2. Ensure you have a good screening system in place so you can select the best affiliates for your online affiliate business. Fortunately the reputable affiliate marketplaces supply you with masses of statistics and reports so you can establish which the most profitable affiliates are.
3. Do review your affiliates regularly and simply remove those that are not performing. It is a question of testing, trying different things and trying to see your affiliate enterprise from the point of the consumer who will click on the promotional ads.
4. If affiliate marketing is just one aspect of your online business, make sure these efforts form part of a larger advertising and promotional campaign. Do not embark on affiliation marketing as if it is a separate entity. Dovetail it with the rest of your business. This will be better for your other business and also for your affiliate business.
5. Continue to research how other affiliate businesses go about marketing and promotion. You should be learning all the time and picking up tips. Rather learn from successful people than be a pioneer and go through everything they have already been through. In other words, learn from the experience of others.
6. Do not be too proud to hire an affiliate marketing professional. There are many search engine optimization techniques and pay-per-click secrets that can help you make a success of your affiliate marketing venture. You might want to draw in an expert right at the start when you design your website and your marketing campaign. This could be critical to your success. In addition, you will learn a great deal about how to proceed once the expert has completed her contract with you.
7. You should stay excited about the internet and affiliate marketing. In starting and managing an affiliate marketing enterprise online you are at the forefront of ecommerce. Read up as much as you can and network with other affiliate marketers. Attend seminars and conferences and revel in the rapid development of this exciting commercial area.

1on40
Just a little post that I found by SEODUDE on the net that might be useful to you if you stumble accross website named (www.1on40.com)
Hello all,
Its been ages since I was here ! This is due to major work loads. Anyway to my surprise I have a few fans of this little Blog I got going. So what’s new in Seo land ? Lots and lots of stuff that’s what .. But first off have a read of a post I put up on Scam.com, its about this new 1on40.com Seo miracle
I got an email this morning from an affiliate of 1on40 to my business email see below
“I emailed you a few days ago but never got a reply.
I wanted to know if you would send me some details about
your business/es as I think I have found a perfect way to
market/promote & want as diverse selection of businesses as
possible to spread my profits to ensure I get paidout.
I’d have liked to join your business as it sounds
real exciting.
Send me your latest offer/s and where I can sign up, please.”
So I replied to it with this response
“Sorry Jenny can you please explain what business of mine you want to
join. also how did you get my email or from whom did you get it from , you have to forgive me for the blunt
questions but have no idea who you are !”
Less than 5 seconds later this comes back !
“Thank you for the email. I’m really desperate to find a few businesses as I’ve got an excellent way to market/promote & cannot afford to keep all my comms$ in one company/business (not keep all my eggs in one basket).
I’ve already got one business and got it to ‘number one’ (1st) result on Google & Yahoo ‘without paying a cent’ or sending 1 email & made ‘158,000US$’ in the last few months only.
Send your existing web site/page to ‘number one’ on Google & Yahoo without cost or sending 1 email: (affiliate link ) it’ll cost you ‘*zero/nothing*’ to get >>>$158,000USD like I did”
Anyway I checked it out and I had to laugh my ass off Why ! Because I have been an Seo for over five years there is no way in hell that you can achieve top rankings in such a short space of time.
Here is a few
1. New domains take up to a year or more to rank for competitive keywords , hence the form of long tail search ‘lower competition’ or you can invest in an aged domain.
2. Site structure and optimisation of content take a lot of time
3. Inbound links must be of quality ‘not blog rush’ links.
I will say it again There are over 101 factors to Seo, my view is that 1on40 is rubbish, there is no search engine submitter in the world that can help you to get a number one spot . search engine submitters only help to notify search engines to index your site , after that indexing can take anywhere between 2 -3 weeks unless you get a link from high traffic aged site. So what happens next ? Fun and games ! your site gets subjected to ranking algorithms hence the need to higher an seo. So if the ability to get traffic was as easy as 1-2-3 then I would most likely be out of a job.
P.S. My advise to you is simply stay away from it's just too good to be true!

The Perfect Home Business Model For The 21st Century?
So I was at my favorite Starbucks the other day down here in New York, doing some work as I often do a few days a week. Being a Home Business Owner is great but sometimes you just need to get out of the home office once and awhile to mix things up a bit. Not to mention, Starbucks resembles a virtual office environment more and more these days. Entrepreneurs on lap tops drinking coffee everywhere you turn...
Anyways, I couldn't help but over hear what appeared to be a "job" team meeting going on that was led by the office manager for this particular company. She was literally reading a set of rules and procedures to these folks about what they could and could not do in the office that sounded more like a 2nd grade orientation than a meeting amongst grown employees. I was actually pretty shocked.
So I couldn't help but think about 2 things:
1. How thankful I am to be a full time, self employed Home Business Owner and Entrepreneur that does not have to abide by those rules ;) and...
2. The famous Cash Flow Quadrant.
If you're not familiar with the Cash Flow Quadrant you really need to be. But don't worry if you're not because I've included a very cool video for you below. Yes, the video era has arrived.
This revolutionary concept was created by best selling author, financial expert and multi-millionaire Entrepreneur Robert Kiyosaki and has allowed him to go on to sell 20 million books world wide as a result.
In a nut shell...
The Cash Flow Quadrant is made up of 4 different types of people who make up the world of business - ALL 4 with completely different types of core values. If you haven't seen it, it looks like this:
E for Employees (the folks at Starbucks)
S for Small Business Owners or Home Business Owners (YOU)
B for Big Business Owners (Donald Trump)
I for Investors (Hopefully YOU)
I won't get into any detail. I'll let the video do that for you. However, Kiyosaki says there is "a whole new set of rules out there for those who want to be rich." Rules many are still not aware of, believe it or not.
Chances are the folks at Starbucks who were having those rules and procedures read to them have no idea that the S, the B or the I Quadrants are even available to them.
So of all the business models Robert Kiyosaki supports within the Cash Flow Quadrant, the "Direct Sales" Business Model is his favorite and he calls it the perfect business model of the 21st Century. He says: "Its not money that makes you rich, its business skills" and this is the industry where those skills are taught from the ground up, without the big price tag.
He goes into some interesting detail here for the first time ever in this newly released video that I have included for you right below...

Are You Looking For An Opportunity???
What if there was a way to start a home-based business, just like more than 50 million households did last year, and participate in a $100 billion industry that allows you to:
• Do something you already know how to do
• Work alongside your main job until you've created a large enough secondary income
• Blend family, friends and fun with work and income, allowing more time for both
• Determine your daily activities; instead of someone else determining them for you
• Begin with minimal start up expenses, $99.99!, unlike expensive franchises and other small businesses
• Take advantage of tax savings offered to small businesses
• Would you like to have more time and money for your family?

• Would you like to benefit from the advantages of owning your own business?
• Do you care about others and want to make a positive difference contributing to people's lives?

No need to make endless trips to the post office to dispatch the goods

The basics of lead generation....
By: Ashley Lichty
It's no secret really - every business needs a strong lead generation plan. If you've got services to sell, you need leads to sell them to. That's why any marketing you do should be to generate leads. Period.
Even marketing geared toward building brand awareness of a company name is really for the purpose of lead generation. By saturating the market with your name and associating it with a particular product, you build top of mind awareness within consumers about your product. Than when Susie Consumer has a need for a product you provide, your brand name is the first that comes to mind. Next thing you know, you've got a lead you can turn into a customer with little to no persuasion and follow up.
There are many forms of lead generation. The 'power-media' of the past such as commercials, print ads, billboards and radio commercials may be all well and good for brand recognition building, but leave much to be desired in the lead generating category. You just can't target your audience specifically.
Other traditional tactics work a bit better as lead generation. Telemarketing and direct mail allow you to target your audience a bit better. So if you're selling office copiers, you can directly target offices with phone calls and mailings, rather than every household in America with a television commercial.
Internet marketing is probably the best marketing medium when it comes to targeting your audience. Lead generation is at it's best when done through the Internet. By utilizing search marketing programs (or pay per click advertising) you can make sure your ads come up for anyone searching particular keywords relating to your product or service. Hopefully, they click on your ad, are sent to your website, where your enticing offer makes them leave their contact information, capturing them as a lead.
In order to get an online consumer to leave you their information, you've got to give them something in return - it's the game of lead generation. Your offer must be either enticing, creative, or something too good to pass up - people don't like to give out their information for just anything. Your 'hook' or offer could be something as simple as having them signup for email updates to your blog or to join a forum, or an offer for a free coupon to one of your products.
Information is power, so if you've got it, share it - the offer of a quality informational report will often draw in leads. For example, if you are an event planner in need of holiday business, put together the 'Ultimate Office Part Guide' that includes tips, tricks, coupons and invitation templates for planning a holiday part in exchange for a user's name, email and phone number. If you want their contact info, you gotta give in return!
The bottom line when it comes to lead generation is identifying your target audience down to the tiniest demographic, and than coming up with creative ways to target that audience to get your brand name in front of them OR to collect their contact information. Once you get their information, you move from lead generation to lead follow-up, and that well that is a whole new ball game!

Wholesale Merchandise eBay Selling - Strategies!
By: Joaquin Reveron
Not everyone can find wholesale merchandise or general items at discount rates for re-selling profits. If you ever hit an online search query in Google, Yahoo or MSN you should already notice that there is a complete competition for suppliers and distributors.
The kind of distributors that not only offers you and potentially makes the sell on you on a potential discounted rate special for having a dealer license or business Tax I.D, but that very same one who finally sells you the item desired and months later, if experienced, you find him on eBay selling the same items offered to you at wholesale. The only difference is that he obviously may sell the merchandise at a much better affordable price while you may have to give and offer a much better perceived tangible offer.
The problem should not be about where to find wholesale merchandise online, the issue that may be at stake or sooner to be in hand, how to deal with your competition. The beauty of this is that once you have been comfortable for light years, you have to either step up and perhaps expand your niche wider, warm up your marketing and provide a more wanted primary product without counting any kind of bonuses in your auction template.
One of the things used on eBay for this kind of bully vs. bully type of interesting challenge is your structured order layout from your main item offering. That is, if as an eBay seller you are providing PSP handbags - you better be having a much better structured offering in your main corporate eBay page.
Everything from image of the items for sell, to short and precise information on each of the products being sold. No matter how much in great demand your product maybe, reassurance beats any type of skepticism on top of any kind of money back guarantee offer you have on your auction. More importantly, what kind of quality and customer repetitive frequency do you have over your competitors?
eBay is not only a goldmine when it comes to research, such giant provides anyone with a sense of logic and rapport an obvious choice for decision making from both the analytic consumer and the compulsive potential clientele for when it comes to buying. The fact of the matter is, we love to buy. But more importantly, we like quality when it can be purchased at an affordable price. The great majority prefer security rather than buying risk and love establishing relationships from a buyer to business standpoint.
How can it all become inspected on eBay. Some astute marketers say it is a secret formula, a jealously guarded treasure of the marketing godfathers? The mystery for knowing in less than 10 seconds on eBay whether it could be a maybe or a buy from a hot customer is easy to understand. Assuming you know the basic sections and definitions of an auction, the offer structure and the eBay feedback from the seller are gems for conclusion.
A fast different fact is, you know when to buy a high priced diamond by watching the top right corner that immediately shows the seller's feedback by seeing if his a power seller or you can leave site that perceiving and being skeptic by not having the power selling logo on such apparent wholesale merchandise or discounted rate auction.
